IAC invites you to volunteer at the India Booth at Ethnic Expo 2014. Building up on a tremendous response received from the community over the past few years, IAC requests for volunteers for food preparation (at home) and also for volunteering at the food booth to serve visitors/cook at the booth.
Ethnic Expo is the biggest multi-ethnic event organized by the City of Columbus. For more information about this event please visit: http://www.ethnicexpo.org/
IAC will provide you with ingredients and time when the food needs to be prepared. You can select from a variety of items listed on the registration link. Alternately, you can also decide to help with cooking one of the various dishes (ex. Dosa, Chaat etc.) to be prepared on-site at the India booth.
You can select to help with serving food and explaining dishes to visitors who are trying Indian food for the first time.
All volunteers will be given food coupons. CMI employees can log this volunteering time as EEEC hours (Details to be provided later).

Proceeds from this event will go to a local charity.
